Coordinates the production of songs, lyric films, stories and books from a single creative brief. It does not invent meaning — it carries the meaning a human already decided on, through to a finished file.
The Speaker
A private voice for the universe
A Claude-driven guide that reads symbolic time and the listener's context, then responds in NoiraCiel's own voice. Conversation, not search — it answers from inside the world.
Emotional Engine
Mood as a first-class signal
Every track, story and visual is tagged by feeling, not just genre or category. Mood is what links a song to a story, a story to a colour palette, a palette to a world.
Symbolic Time Layer
A calendar with meaning, not just dates
A 13-day wave and 20 day-signs give the universe its own sense of time. The daily glyph quietly chooses what gets featured, what the Speaker reads, and how the day feels.
World Engine
Binds albums, books and moods into doors
A world is not a tag on an album — it is the structure that connects an album to its stories, its colours, its emotional register and its place in the larger universe.
Asset Pipeline
Generate, verify, store — never hoard
Audio, video and image renders are produced one at a time, uploaded to Cloudflare R2, verified, and only then cleared from local disk. The server holds code and metadata, not media.

The Worlds will keep entangling — albums, books and stories drawing closer until the lines between them mostly disappear. The Speaker will grow into a more constant guide, reading symbolic time and a listener's own path with more nuance. More books will arrive, each one a longer thread through the same universe. None of this changes the principle at the center: a human decides what it means, and the architecture carries it the rest of the way.
